This app allows all users to: View their gyms full color logo View their gyms daily wods and previous WODs Input their results for the days wod and view everyone else's results for that day Track their results in their own personal Workout Log View the gyms daily or monthly schedule and which coach will be coaching and at what location Randomly generate a WOD to do when they are at home or on the road. We have added over 110 WODs that you can perform on-the-go!
